So much great stuff going on lately! I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up with the blogging. I have been a painting fiend! December 2nd I have work in both The Spittoon Saloon show at 222 Imperial Gallery and Blackbird Studios' Peewee Herman Tribute Show. I'm following that up with a Holiday Sale December 3-4. Not to mention all the Christmas gifts I'm making and holiday traveling I'm either doing or prepping for. Whew!

New Artist Interest

I stumbled upon an amazing artist and had to share His name is Josh Keyes. His work focuses on a hybrid of eco-surrealism and dystopian folktales that express his concern for our time and the Earth's future. His work articulates so much of how I feel about the saddening times of the planet and the growing number of animal species becoming extinct and the ever growing population of humans devouring the planet. Please check out this amazing body of work.

Grind Stone

Sorry I haven't been posting as much lately. I have been keeping my nose to the grind stone with creating amazing art! I am currently working on pieces for two separate shows in December and the deadlines are fast approaching. eek! One of the group shows has a Wild West theme and the other is a PeeWee Herman tribute. I have been getting amazing feedback on the piece I am working on for the Wild West show. Although I am not really inspired by greatness with the Peewee Herman show, it is one of the last group shows in awhile to get my art shown. sigh. 

I'll keep you posted on the status of the painting and maybe, if you're good, you might get a sneak peek. maybe.
